# FAQ: Can I import my translation to the app?

Unfortunately, **importing translations via CSV** is not yet available in Transcy. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I understand this feature is important, and our team is working on it for a future update. Stay tuned!

**In the meantime, here's a workaround:**
You can import your CSV translations through Shopify directly:

1. Go to **Shopify Admin** → **Settings**
2. Click **Languages**
3. Select **Import**

Once Shopify saves the translations to its database, they will automatically sync to Transcy.

⚠️ **Note:** This workaround may not work perfectly in all cases, so results can vary.
