# FAQ: Can Transcy translate my mega-menu app's menu content?

**Short answer:** Transcy cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party mega-menu apps. If your mega-menu doesn't translate, or its layout/format breaks after translation, please contact our support team so we can look at your specific setup.

Mega-menu apps build and render your navigation in their own way, and that output often sits outside the content Transcy's translation layer can reliably reach. As a result:

* Some mega-menu content may not translate.
* The menu's format/layout can break in a translated view.
