# FAQ: Does Transcy translate Shopify checkout pages?

**Yes, Transcy can translate Shopify checkout pages. T**he process is straightforward when everything is properly configured:

**Step-by-step translation process:**

1. Go to "**Content Translation**" menu in Transcy → Scroll down for "**Themes" resource**
2. Click on **Theme content**
3. Find and select the box next to "**Checkout & system"**
4. Click to translate the checkout page elements

### Requirements and limitation

| Checkout pages can only be translated when your languages are "Editable language" types.

|| Due to Shopify's own platform limitations, "3rd-party app" automatic translation functions cannot translate checkout page.
