# FAQ: Does your app translate Order, Email notifications?

**Transcy supports translating order and email notifications that come directly from Shopify.** However, **notifications from third-party apps aren't supported**.

## How to Translate Notifications

**"Content Translation" menu** → **Navigate "Notifications"** → Click "**Edit translation**" (**a pencil icon**) → choose the notification you want to translate

| Important Notes:
| Notifications feature is available for Regional plan and above, and  only work with "Editable languages"
| To modify the original notification content, please contact Shopify support directly - Transcy only handles translations into target languages
