# FAQ: How to automatically redirected users based on location?

Please follow the steps below to check as following:

1. Make sure if you enable "**Transcy switcher**" on "**App embeds"**.

If not, please go "**Online Store**" → "**Themes**" → "**Customize**" → "**App Embeds**" to enable it

2. Make sure you already add the needed language into the corresponding markets. Please go "**Market management" menu in Transcy** → Choose the specific markets → "**Add languages**"

3. Make sure you already add the needed currency into the corresponding markets. Please go **Markets management**→ "**Currencies in use**" →  Click on "+" → **Add Currencies**

4. And make sure you are already turn on "**Geolocation**" "**Auto switch**" to automatically redirect users based on location with Transcy, if you are not turn it on yet, kindly follow these steps:

"**Switcher settings**" **menu in Transcy** → "**General**" → "**Geolocation**" → Click on "**Auto switch**" → Toggle on "**Auto switch currency**" or "**Auto switch language**" based on your needs → Choose between "**Visitor's browser language**" or "**Visitor's location**" → Click "**Save**" on the top to save your setting
