# FAQ: Why is my content greyed out?

## Understanding Greyed-Out Content

When content appears greyed out and unclickable in "**Content Translation"**, it means **Transcy** has detected empty or missing content in your original store. Since there's nothing to translate, the system automatically disables these sections to prevent confusion.

Think of it this way: you can't translate an empty page, right? **Transcy** is simply showing you, "Hey, there's nothing here to work with!"

## Quick Solution Steps

**To fix greyed-out content:**
→ Go back to your original store admin panel
→ Add the missing content (product descriptions, page content, etc.)
→ Return to **Transcy's "Content Translation"** section: "**Content Translation**" **menu in Transcy** →  Navigate to your resources
→ The content will now be active and ready for translation
