FAQ: Why is the "Sync" button always spinning when I login to Transcy?

This is how the app works


Not an app issue. Every time you login to Transcy, the system automatically scans your entire store to synchronize all translation data. This happens regardless of your sync settings (Schedule time or Real-time).


How long does sync take?


Sync time depends on your store size:

The more products, collections, pages, and translation data you have, the longer the sync takes.


What should you do?


Wait patiently until sync completes:

  1. Wait until the spinning icon stops completely
  2. Then proceed with translation management


Why does this happen every login?


The system ensures accuracy by checking for store changes and updating translation status for all resources.
