# FAQ: Why the "<tc>"tag is showing on my store?

The <tc> tag is a Transcy tool symbol that marks your content as "manual" and prevents it from being overridden by "3rd-party translation". We understand that sometimes it doesn't feel very pleasant, so we truly hope you guys understand and empathize with us in this situation

If the "<tc>"tag is showing on the store please help me to follow this step to check : 

Kindly activate the Transcy switcher to remove the tag 

 Please go to **Shopify Admin > Online Store > Theme > Customize > Theme setting > App Embed** and turn it on like screenshots attached:

And don't forget to click on the **"Save"** button after it is done
