# FAQ: Why your app is not working?

There're some common reasons why the app is not working properly

## 1. App embeds

* Please make sure you enable the app embeds on "Customize Theme" setting

## 2. Language and Currency

* Make sure if you have added the language and currency, then publish them accordingly

## 3. Switcher (Plugin)

* Check the switcher's display mode if the switcher is view for "everyone"
