How can I mark as Translated status for content in Transcy
Managing your store's translation status just got easier! Sometimes you have content with Outdated or Untranslated status that you want to mark as complete without making changes. This guide shows you exactly how to use Transcy's "Mark as Translated" feature to streamline your translation workflow.
I. How to Use "Mark as Translated"
Bulk Selection Method
Individual Content Method
II. When to Use This Feature
Elements with "Translation Outdated" Status
Elements with "Untranslated" Status
III. Important Notes
Transcy offers two convenient ways to mark your content as translated:
Perfect for managing multiple items at once:
Navigate to Manage Translation
Select the resources you need (or select all)
Click "Mark as Translated" to update all selected items simultaneously

Ideal for targeting specific content:
Go to Manage Translation
Select your specific resource
Search for the content you want to mark
Click the 3-dots icon
Select "Mark as Translated"

In case you have changed or edited default content for the related elements, its status will show "Outdated" and you need to update new translation. However, if you do not want to update/edit its translation for those elements, please press the button "Mark as translated**"** to change its status from "Outdated" to "Translated"

You have existing translation from other translation app or the translation and it's saved on Theme, their content will be automatically synced to our app with "Untranslated" status, so to change its status, please press the button "Mark as translated" to change its status from "Untranslated" to "Translated"

You can only use "Mark as Translated" when existing translations are present in the app. If there's no translation content, this function won't be available.
