How to filter status translation in Transcy

When managing translations for a multilingual website, tracking translation status is crucial. Transcy provides status filtering tools to help you easily manage and monitor your translation progress.

How to Access the Status Filter

-> Go to "Content Translation" menu in Transcy

-> In the "Content Translation" interface, navigate on "Resources" you want to make edit and click on "Edit translation" (pencil icon)

-> In Translation Editor, click on Status Filter (menu icon (three horizontal lines ☰), click on it to display the status filter options.

Translation Status Types

The system provides 4 main statuses to help you categorize and manage content:

1. Translated
2. Untranslated
3. Partly translated
4. Translation outdated

The translation status filter helps you manage multilingual content more effectively. Use these statuses to track and control translation progress, ensuring your website always provides the best experience for international customers!
