How to filter status translation in Transcy

When managing translations for a multilingual website, tracking translation status is crucial. Transcy provides status filtering tools to help you easily manage and monitor your translation progress.


How to Access the Status Filter


-> Go to "Content Translation" menu in Transcy

-> In the "Content Translation" interface, navigate on "Resources" you want to make edit and click on "Edit translation" (pencil icon)

-> In Translation Editor, click on Status Filter (menu icon (three horizontal lines ☰), click on it to display the status filter options.

Translation Status Types


The system provides 4 main statuses to help you categorize and manage content:

  1. Translated
  2. Untranslated
  3. Partly translated
  4. Translation outdated
