# How to Switch Between Non-editable and Editable Language

During your translation process, you might encounter situations where certain content (like checkout pages) cannot be translated. This happens due to technical limitations of "**Non-editable languages"**. To unlock full translation capabilities, including these restricted areas, you'll need to switch your target language from "**Non-editable"** to "**Editable"** first.
Kindly follow these steps:

* Navigate "**Market management**" menu
* In "**Languages**" tab below
* Select target language
* Click the **3 dots icon "..."**
* Click "**Enable translation edits**"

In case you want to switch back from Editable to Non-editable language, please do the same steps and choose "**Disable translation edits**"
