# How to translate Packing slip template with Transcy

## I. What is a Packing Slip?

A **packing slip** is simply a printed list of items that goes inside your customer's package. It shows what they ordered and helps them verify everything arrived correctly.

You can set up your default packing slip template in:
**Shopify Admin** → **Settings** → **Shipping and Delivery** → **Packing Slips**

## II. How to Translate Your Packing Slip

**Transcy** makes translating packing slips super easy through the Manage Translation feature.

**To translate your packing slip:**

→ Go to "**Content Translation" in Transcy** → scroll down and navigate to "**Shipping and Delivery"** → Choose the default market translation or specific-market translation and target language →  "**Transcy Cart Page Notification"**

## III. Editing Default Content

Want to change what appears on your packing slip before translating? You'll need to edit the original content first.

→ Go to **Shopify Settings** → **Shipping and Delivery** → **Packing Slips**
→ Make your changes to the default template
→ Contact Shopify support if you need help with customization
