# How to use the replace translation function with Transcy

*Sometimes you need to quickly fix incorrect translations across your store. Instead of editing each translation individually, **Transcy's replace function** lets you update multiple instances of the same content at once, saving time and ensuring consistency.*

*This feature is perfect when you discover a translation error that appears in multiple places or want to update terminology across your entire store.*

## How to Replace Translation

Follow these simple steps to replace incorrect translations:

• **Enter your new translation**: Type the correct translation you want to use
• **Click "Replace..."**: Select the black "Replace..." button to open the replacement tool
• **Add content to replace**: Enter the incorrect content that needs to be changed
• **Select language**: Choose the relevant language where the replacement should be applied
