Transcy syncs different content types on different schedules based on importance.

To change settings: Go to "Content translation" menu in Transcy → "Settings" button next to "Sync content"
Transcy provide 3 options Synchronization:
- Real-Time Sync
This ensures your most important content stays accurate across all markets instantly.
- Daily Sync
Balances system performance with content accuracy daily
- Manual Sync
For immediate updates outside the automatic schedule:
- Sync Content button: Click to force immediate sync of daily resources. Go to "Content translation" menu in Transcy → "Sync content" on the top right
II. Advanced Sync Scheduling
1. Real-Time Sync Configuration
Cross-border and Global Plans can configure real-time sync:
- Custom Resources: Select which resources should sync immediately
- Performance Note: You may see loading indicators while processing - this is normal
- Processing Time: Allow a few seconds to minutes for complex updates
2. Scheduled Sync Setup
Control precise timing for content updates:
- Timezone: All times display in your store's local timezone
- Minimum Interval: Each sync must be at least 60 minutes apart
- Flexible Scheduling: Set different time slots based on your needs

3. Plan-Based Limitations
Sync slots by subscription level:
- Regional Plan: 2 default slots
- Continental Plan: 4 default slots
- Cross-border Plan: 6 default slots
- Global Plan: 6 default slots
Expand capacity: Purchase additional slots at $2.8 each when needed.
