Direct Automation Setup is now available right in your Manage Translations page, bringing these key improvements:

II. How to Set Up Automate Translation
1. Quick Configuration Process
Setting up automation is now effortless:
Navigate Translation → Edit translation (pencil) → hover into your resources you want to edit → Automate Translation (thunder icon)
→ Select content groups you want to automate
→ Click the automation action for your selected items
→ Configure settings in the quick popup
The popup allows you to:
- Choose target languages for translation
- Select translation engine (Google, DeepL, etc.)
- Apply settings instantly
2. Managing Multiple Rules
When working with content that has multiple translation rules:
→ System detects existing rules for the same resource
→ Shows all available options for you to choose from
→ Apply your preferred rule with one click
Status Updates:
After saving your automation settings, the system immediately shows which content groups have automation enabled, keeping you informed about your setup.

1. Shopify Flow Integration
Transcy works seamlessly with Shopify Flow automation:
- New products created through Shopify Flow are automatically translated
- Manual updates to existing products won't trigger automatic re-translation
- Content restriction: Only items without existing automation can be configured

2. Usage Limits
When you reach your translation limits:
