I. How It Works


  1. Get Your Referral Link: Go to Account & Settings → Wallet. In the Earn free tokens section, click the copy icon next to Referral link

  1. Spread the Word: Share your referral link with friends, family, and your online network


NoteTo ensure you receive your well-deserved reward, please note that your referral link remains active for 30 minutes. This means your friend's store needs to install our app through your unique link within that 30-minute window. If they install after this timeframe, unfortunately the system won't be able to track and credit the reward to your account. We want to make sure you get rewarded for every successful referral


  1. Earn Tokens: When a store installs Transcy through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn free tokens. Once the referral is successful, the tokens are added to your Transcy wallet, and you can use them for AI translation of text and images


NoteThe number of tokens you earn depends on the referral terms that apply to you. For details about your reward, please contact our support team


II. How to Track Referral Information


1. Referral summary


In the Earn free tokens section, you can see:


  • Your total successful referral: Number of referred stores whose referral is successful
  • Total earned tokens: Total tokens you have earned from your referrals


2. Track logs


Click Track logs in the Earn free tokens section to see the stores that installed Transcy through your link, including store name, installing time, current plan, the tokens you earn, and the earning's status

For Earning's status


  • SUCCESSFUL : referral stores has the status CHARGED after 30 days since the beginning of installing time. For example, your referral store is installed on July 3 2024 and the store still uses the app till August 2 2024, the tokens are added to your wallet on August 2 2024


  • WAITING :
  • Referral store is under ON TRIAL status
  • Referral store has the status CHARGE under 30 days since the beginning of installing time
  • Referral store has the status CHARGE ERRORS


  • FAILED : referral stores has the status CLOSED and UNINSTALL
