What kind of Metafield is Transcy supporting to translate in-app?

Shopify metafields allow merchants to store custom information across products, collections, blogs, and more. At Transcy, we help you translate these fields to create a consistent multilingual shopping experience.

To ensure smooth editing and translation, only metafields with the following types are supported for full manual translation inside the Transcy app:

multi_line_text_field

single_line_text_field

list.single_line_text_field

list.metaobject_reference

Note:
For other metafield types, translation will still appear on the storefront, but they cannot be edited manually inside Transcy.
