• Navigate to the Usage section in your Transcy dashboard: "Account & Settings" → "Subscription"
• Review your consumption across all features
• Identify which resources you're approaching the limits on

2. Step 2: Scale Up Your Quota

When you're ready to extend your limits:

Option 1: From the Usage Section

• Click the Scale up your quota button next to any feature you want to extend
• Enter the additional resource quantity you need
• Review the pricing breakdown
• Click Renew subscription

Option 2: From the Pricing Page

• Navigate to your current plan
• Click the Extend limit button
• Select the resources you want to expand
• Proceed with the upgrade

3. Step 3: Complete Payment and Billing Process

• You'll be redirected to Shopify's billing page

Your custom plan pricing follows a simple formula:

• Additional 100 Automate translation: $1.5
• Additional 100 Image: $1.50
• Additional 250 Glossary Rules: $3.90
• Total Custom Plan: $84.80/month

Quota Calculation Mechanism for Extensions

Base Plan Quota + Extension Package Quota = Total Quota Resources

How It Works:

• The system only counts 1 extension package at a time
• When purchasing a new extension package, the old one will be completely replaced (not cumulative)
• Base plan quota always remains unchanged

Example:

• Continental plan: 300 products
• Purchase 1000 products extension → Total: 300 + 1000 = 1300
• Later purchase 2000 products extension → Total: 300 + 2000 = 2300
• • ❌ NOT: 300 + 1000 + 2000 = 3300

2. Switching Between Plans

You maintain full flexibility with your subscription:

Upgrading: Add more resources anytime as your business grows

Downgrading: Return to standard plans, though usage will be limited to the new plan's restrictions

3. Trial Period Considerations

During your 7-day free trial:

• You can create custom plans with extended resources
• Billing begins after the trial period ends
• You'll be charged for your custom plan configuration
