How to Activate the Free Plan

We know that starting with a free plan is a great way to explore a new app and understand the differences between tiers before committing to a paid subscription.

Finding the Free Plan Option when onboarding page

When you first visit Transcy, you'll land on our onboarding page with tailored plan recommendations. Our system automatically suggests the best-fit plan based on your store's settings. However, if you'd like to start with the free plan instead, here's what to do:

Step 1: Click on "See all plans" at the bottom of the page

Step 2: Scroll down on the plans page to find and select "Start free plan"

That's it! You're now ready to use Transcy on the Free plan.

Finding the Free Plan Option when you want to downgrade

To navigate the "Free Plan" follow these steps:

• Free plan → "Account & Settings" → "Change plan" → Scroll down → "Downgrade to free plan"

Important Notes

Please keep in mind that the Free plan has limited functionality, so you won't be able to explore all of Transcy's features.
