How to Activate the Free Plan

We know that starting with a free plan is a great way to explore a new app and understand the differences between tiers before committing to a paid subscription.

Free Plan when onboarding page

When you first visit Transcy, you'll land on our onboarding page, and to navigate the Free plan, you can follow these steps:

-> Click on "See all plans" at the bottom left

-> Scroll down to the bottom and find "Temporary financial constraints or not ready yet? Start free plan", after that select "Start free plan"

Free Plan when you want to downgrade

To downgrade from a paid plan to the Free Plan, please follow these steps

• Go to "Account & Settings" → "Change plan" → Scroll down and navigate to "Downgrade to free plan"

Important Notes

Please keep in mind that the Free plan has limited functionality, so you won't be able to explore all of Transcy's features.
