Transcy's translation management system serves as your central hub for controlling how your store content appears across different languages and markets. Rather than leaving translation to chance, this comprehensive system gives you the flexibility to choose the most appropriate translation method for each piece of content, ensuring quality and consistency across your entire multilingual store.
The Manage Translation interface displays all your store's translatable resources in an organized, easy-to-navigate format. From here, you can view translation status, initiate new translations, edit existing ones, and manage how content synchronizes between your Shopify store and Transcy.

1. AI Translation Services
Transcy offers multiple AI-powered translation options, each with unique strengths:
Translate by Google: The most accessible option, Google Translate provides instant, automated translations for all your content. This service works immediately without additional setup and covers the widest range of languages, making it perfect for quick translations or initial market testing and especially it's free for all users.
Translate by DeepL: Known for superior accuracy and natural language flow, DeepL excels at maintaining context and tone. Requires DeepL API key configuration through Account & Settings → Localization settings → Language settings.
Translate by OpenAI: Leverages advanced AI for contextually aware translations that understand nuance and brand voice. Requires OpenAI API key setup for access to this premium translation service through Account & Settings → Localization settings → Language settings.
Translate by Gemini: Google's latest AI translation technology, offering enhanced understanding of complex content and cultural context.
Translate by Baidu: Specialized for Asian markets, particularly effective for Chinese translations and regional nuances.

2. Manual Translation Management
Beyond automated services, Transcy provides comprehensive manual editing capabilities:
- Edit translations directly within the interface
- Delete unwanted translations to maintain content quality (you can also select individual, bulk selection, or select all depends on your need)
- Mark as translated to update status without changing content
- Access sub-resources for detailed, granular translation control

III. How to Translate Content
1. Selecting Resources for Translation
In your Manage Translation dashboard, you'll see all available resources organized by type in the "Resource name" column. Transcy makes selection flexible and efficient:
- Individual Selection: Choose specific resources that need translation, perfect for targeted updates or new content additions.
- Bulk Selection: Select multiple resources simultaneously for efficient batch processing, ideal when launching in new markets or updating existing translations.
- Select All: Choose all available resources for comprehensive translation, ensuring complete language coverage across your entire store.
2. Managing Translation Status
Transcy provides clear status tracking for all your translations:
- Untranslated: Content has not been translated
- Partly Translated: Some part of content are translated, and some part has not been translated
- Translated: Translation finished
This status system helps you track progress across multiple languages and identify content that needs attention.
