What is Transcy Integration?

Wondering why "Transcy Integration" appears locked or unavailable in your dashboard? This feature is specifically designed for stores using compatible third-party apps and becomes available only under certain conditions.


I. When is Transcy Integration Available?


"Transcy Integration" feature is only unlocked when you're using third-party apps that meet these requirements:


  • Fully integrated with Transcy's system
  • Support manual translation editing functionality


If you don't see this option or it appears locked, it means you're not currently using any compatible third-party apps that work with Transcy's integration system.


II. What Does Transcy Integration Do?


When available, Transcy Integration allows you to:

  • Manually edit translations from supported third-party apps
  • Have better control over how external app content appears in different languages
  • Ensure consistent translation quality across all your store elements


III. Apps Currently Integrated with Transcy


These are 2 types of Integration with Transcy: Fully Integrate and Advanced Integrate

Fully Integrate


Transcy currently supports full integration with these popular Shopify apps:



It means, with these apps, you can integrate 100% content and manage translation inside Transcy with "Editable language"


Apps with editable translation

Advanced Integrate


Advanced Integrate mean that's these apps integration with Transcy, but not fully 100%. So which means your content may not appear and translate 100% during this limitation.


The below list advanced integrate apps, Transcy only support translation by using "3rd-party translation", and if the content don't translate on your storefont, you might need to contact these apps support to have a quick help:

Without being included in this compatibility list, Transcy cannot access or translate content from other apps, as those apps do not permit their content to be synced into Transcy's translation system.
