What is Transcy Integration?

Wondering why "Transcy Integration" appears locked or unavailable in your dashboard? This feature is specifically designed for stores using compatible third-party apps and becomes available only under certain conditions.


I. When is Transcy Integration Available?


"Transcy Integration" feature is only unlocked when you're using third-party apps that meet these requirements:


  • Fully integrated with Transcy's system
  • Support manual translation editing functionality


If you don't see this option or it appears locked, it means you're not currently using any compatible third-party apps that work with Transcy's integration system.


II. What Does Transcy Integration Do?


When available, Transcy Integration allows you to:

  • Manually edit translations from supported third-party apps
  • Have better control over how external app content appears in different languages
  • Ensure consistent translation quality across all your store elements
