Why you need to choose a new plan?
Starting October 4, 2025, all current Transcy plan names and structures will change. You must select from our new plans to keep using the app. This guide explains what's happening and outlines the necessary steps.

I. What's Changing
If a pop-up notification "New subscription plans available" appears, don't be concerned. This is our way of informing all users about a major update, and we want to ensure you don't miss this important announcement.
Skip by clicking "I'll do this later" or "X", or start your journey with "Explore new plans".
1. New Plan Names
Your current plan will be replaced with a new structure designed for different business sizes:

For existing users, the following migration applies:

New Plan Added: Continental ($69/month) - Designed for larger businesses with domain-specific needs, positioned between Regional and Cross-Border plans.
Special pricing for existing users migrating to Continental plan: $49/month or $470/year (15% discount automatically applied)
II. Your Action Timeline
1. Monthly Users
- Keep using Transcy until the end of cycle (the deadline migration is 4 October, 2025)
- Discount offer: When approving new pricing, receive discount equal to old price for 1 cycle
- Option to switch to annual plan to maintain old pricing for 12 months with 20% savings (we highly recommend choose annual than monthly to saving your budget)
- Deadline: October 4, 2025 - users must approve new pricing or access will be restricted
2. Annual Users
- Continue using your current plan until annual cycle ends
- New pricing applies when renewing subscription
- Migration to equivalent or recommended plan based on usage
III. Migration Process
1. Plan Recommendations
When you first access to Transcy Dashboard, you'll see a personalized recommendation popup. Our system will analyzes:

If our recommended plan isn't the best fit for you, please click 'Compare all plans' below to see all available options
2. Usage Analysis
Higher recommended plan than current:
- All your settings stay exactly the same
- You get access to more features and higher limits
Same level recommended plan:
- Smooth transition with no changes to your setup
- Enhanced features at the same usage level
Lower recommended plan:
- You'll need to reduce active languages or features to fit new limits
- Your existing translations and data remain safe
- Step-by-step guidance provided to adjust settings
IV. What Happens to Your Data
1. Higher Plan Limits
✓ All translations, settings, and configurations remain unchanged
✓ Access to additional features and higher quotas
✓ No disruption to your store's operations
2. Lower Plan Limits
⚠️ Need to adjust active features to fit new plan:
- Languages/Currencies: Choose which ones to keep active
- Product Translations: Existing ones stay, but new translations need quota
- Custom Templates: Extra templates will be deactivated
Note: The system guides you through any needed adjustments step-by-step.
3. No Action Taken
- Monthly users: Access paused after user end of their current cycle (the last deadline before migrate is 4 October, 2025)
- Annual users: Access paused when subscription expires
- Your data and settings are preserved safely
- Simply select a new plan anytime to restore full access
