Why you need to choose a new plan?

Starting September 4, 2025, Transcy is updating all plan names and structures. To continue using the app without interruption, you'll need to select a new plan. This guide will walk you through the changes and the steps required.


Important deadline: After October 4, 2025any accounts that haven't migrated to a new plan will lose access to all Transcy features immediately. Monthly subscribers must choose a new plan to restore full functionality and continue using the app normally.

I. What's Changing


If a pop-up notification "New subscription plans available" appears, don't be concerned. This is our way of informing all users about a major update, and we want to ensure you don't miss this important announcement.

Special Migration Pricing for Existing Users (Monthly subcription users only)

Grandfathered Pricing Benefit: When existing users (those who signed up before September 4th, 2025) migrate to the new pricing plan, they receive exclusive legacy pricing that maintains their original subscription cost structure for one next cycle.

  • Savings: $3/month (20% discount) + additional $28.8/year if choosing annual plan


Growth Plan Users

  • Migration: Growth → Regional
  • Standard Pricing: $29/month
  • Monthly Legacy Pricing: $29.9/month → $29/month
  • Yearly Legacy Pricing: $287/year (20% savings from monthly rate)
  • Savings: $0.9/month (small price reduction) + additional $61/year if choosing annual plan


Premium Plan Users

  • Migration: Premium → Cross-Border
  • Standard Pricing: $99/month
  • Monthly Legacy Pricing: $59.9/month (original Premium price)
  • Yearly Legacy Pricing: $575/year (20% savings from monthly rate)
  • Savings: $39.1/month (40% discount) + additional $143.8/year if choosing annual plan


Enterprise Plan Users

  • Migration: Enterprise → Global
  • Standard Pricing: $599/month
  • Monthly Legacy Pricing: $599/month (no change)
  • Yearly Legacy Pricing: $5,750/year (20% savings from monthly rate)
  • Savings: No monthly discount + additional $1,438/year if choosing annual plan


Special Continental Plan Access

For users without a direct migration path:

  • New Plan: Continental ($69/month standard)
  • Monthly Legacy Pricing: $49/month (29% discount)
  • Yearly Legacy Pricing: $470/year (~$39/month with 20% annual discount)
  • Savings: $20/month (29% discount) + additional $118/year if choosing annual plan


Migration Rules:

  • Automatic Application: Discounts applied automatically, no manual intervention needed
  • Migration Deadline: October 4, 2025, to retain legacy pricing
  • Eligibility: This special migration pricing is only available to existing users **(signed up before September 4th, 2025). If you're new to the app (signed up after September 4th, 2025), **you'll need to pay the new pricing.


Important: This special pricing is exclusively available for monthly subscription users only.



II. Your Action Timeline


1. Monthly Users


  • Keep using Transcy until the end of cycle
  • Discount offer: When approving new pricing, receive discount equal to old price for 1 cycle
  • Option to switch to annual plan to maintain old pricing for 12 months with 20% savings **(we highly recommend choose annual than monthly to saving your budget**)
  • Deadline: After October 4, 2025 - users must approve new pricing or access will be restricted
  • Legacy pricing only available for the first charge migration to a new pricing plan.


2. Annual Users


  • Continue using your current plan until annual cycle ends
  • New pricing applies when renewing subscription
  • Migration to equivalent or recommended plan based on usage



III. Migration Process

When you first access to Transcy Dashboard, you'll see a personalized recommendation popup. Our system will analyzes:

➤ Active currencies and features

➤ Store size

If our recommended plan isn't the best fit for you, please click 'Compare all plans' below to see all available options



We will recommend the best-suited plan to keep all your settings stable


2. Usage Analysis


Higher recommended plan than current:

  • All your settings stay exactly the same
  • You get access to more features and higher limits


Same level recommended plan:

  • Smooth transition with no changes to your setup
  • Enhanced features at the same usage level


Lower recommended plan:

  • You'll need to reduce active languages or features to fit new limits
  • Your existing translations and data remain safe
  • Step-by-step guidance provided to adjust settings



IV. What Happens to Your Data


1. Higher Plan Limits

✓ All translations, settings, and configurations remain unchanged

✓ Access to additional features and higher quotas

✓ No disruption to your store's operations

2. Lower Plan Limits

⚠️ Need to adjust active features to fit new plan:

  • Languages/Currencies: Choose which ones to keep active
  • Product Translations: Existing ones stay, but new translations need quota
  • Custom Templates: Extra templates will be deactivated



Not enough for your store resources


Note: The system guides you through any needed adjustments step-by-step.


3. Action Taken


  • Monthly users: Access paused after user end of their current cycle
  • Annual users: Access paused when subscription expires
  • Your data and settings are preserved safely
  • Simply select a new plan anytime to restore full access

1. Log into your Transcy dashboard before the deadline base on your plan (Monthly or Annual)

2. Review the system's personalized plan recommendation (To view all pricing plans, look below to "See all plans" to check all the plans)

3. Select your preferred new plan

4. Continue growing your global business with enhanced features
