I. What You Need
You need at least a Regional plan to use this feature. Glossary **only works with **Editable languages.
How many Glossary rules you can make based on your plan:
- Regional: 20 rules
- Continental: 200 rules
- Cross-border: 500 rules
- Global: Unlimited
Want more? You can get more rules with a custom plan.
Remember: Making rules is step one! The next step is you need to Translate **again **in Manage Translation to use your rules and make it works.
II. How to Create Translation Rules
1. Go to Glossary
To navigate Glossary in Transcy, please follow these steps: "Translation Rule" menu in Transcy → "Glossary" → "Create Rule"

2. Make Your Rule
Pick what you want to do:
- Rule Type: Choose "Never translate" or "Always translate"
- Your Word: Type the word you want to control
- Languages: Pick all languages or just some
- Where to Use: Choose products, collections, etc.
- Same for All: Check this to use same translation everywhere

3. Save Your Rule

- Publish: Save your rule but don't use it yet
- Publish & Apply Rule: Save and use your rule right away (only works with Google translations)

Control Case Sensitivity
Choose how your rule finds words:
- Yes: Only finds exact match ("Orange" ≠ "orange")
- No: Finds all versions ("Orange", "orange", "ORANGE")
Manage Your Rules

- Edit: Change one rule or many at once
- Turn Off: Stop using a rule without deleting it

IV. Fix Common Problems
When Rules Don't Work

Why rules not work:
- No translation yet: Click "Translate" first with Google engine
- You edited the translation: Translate again to use your rule
- Different meaning: The app can't find the right word to change
Things to Remember

- Word limit: Max 60 letters per word
- No copies: Can't make the same rule twice
- Special symbols: Doesn't work with ' ! # yet (we're fixing this)
- Delete language: Removing a language removes its rules too
