FAQ: Does Transcy affect on Google merchant/Google feed?
Transcy's multilingual and multicurrency features have no direct impact on your Google Merchant Center feed or its data. This means that using Transcy for translation and currency management won't cause any issues with your product listings on Google Shopping
However, there're some common cases we can help as following:
- Language : in case you create product feed with multi-languages, our app can help to sync the translation. To be specific, Transcy facilitates the translation of your product information into multiple languages. Once you translate a product within the Transcy app, these translations are saved within Shopify and automatically synced to your Google feed
- Currency: Transcy's currency features do not directly affect your Google Merchant Center feed. However, if you encounter any currency-related problems within your Google Merchant Center feed, we recommend disabling the automatic currency switching by location feature within the Transcy app (if enabled). This will prevent potential conflicts between Transcy's currency settings and Google's requirements.
