Transcy makes it easy to add multilingual support to your store. If you need help with customizing the switcher, finding translations, or embedding it into your unsupported theme, we offer support services to help you every step of the way.


I. What Support Services Are Available?


Transcy offers technical support for various multilingual needs:


Translation Support (tutorial)

  • Finding and editing translation content manually
  • Requesting "no-translate" for specific content


App Embedding (tutorial)

  • Embedding switcher into unsupported themes


Customization (tutorial)

  • Moving or customizing switcher appearance (font, color, etc.)


Free support for trial users or first-time requestsEach ticket costs $4.90 (complex requests may need multiple tickets)Partial refunds available if request cannot be fulfilled


II. How to Submit a Support Ticket


Steps:

  1. Click "Request Support" on the right-side bar
  2. Select "Create ticket"
  3. Choose your Ticket type and provide detailed information
  4. Click "Submit"
  5. Wait for completion
