FAQ: Can I import my translation to the app?
Unfortunately, importing translations via CSV is not yet available in Transcy. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I understand this feature is important, and our team is working on it for a future update. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, here's a workaround:
You can import your CSV translations through Shopify directly:
- Go to Shopify Admin → Settings
- Click Languages
- Select Import

Once Shopify saves the translations to its database, they will automatically sync to Transcy.
⚠️ Note: This workaround may not work perfectly in all cases, so results can vary.
