FAQ: Can Transcy support to translate contents on Page Builder apps?

To cover content from third-party apps that has not been translated and edited by Transcy, the app will automatically translate those parts with "Auto dynamic translation" called the Third-party app function (apply for Editable and Non-editable language type). Understand how Transcy handles third-party app content and translation limitations.

I. How Third-Party App Translation Works

Transcy automatically translates content from third-party apps (like widgets, review boxes, offer notifications) using our Third-party app function. This works for both Editable and Non-editable language types.

II. Current Limitations

While Transcy detects and translates third-party content automatically, you cannot manually edit these translations within the app due to technical restrictions from the third-party apps themselves.

Important: Not all third-party apps are compatible with auto-translation.

III. What We're Working On

Our development team is actively collaborating with popular third-party app providers (including page builders and sales notification apps) to enable full integration and in-app editing capabilities.
