FAQ: Does Transcy sync the existing translation from Translate & Adapt?

When you have already translated a few languages by Translate & Adapt or you have existing translations saved on Shopify from other apps, those translations will be automatically synced to Transcy


To access those translations in Transcy, please go to the "Manage Translation" filter the translation status to "Untranslated". This allows you to easily review and update their status if needed. Learn how to manage their status here
