FAQ: How do I remove extent quota from my plan?
Need to remove extra extent quota? Here's how to adjust your Transcy plan quickly and easily.
To remove extent quota from your current plan:
Go to Account menu → Change Plan
Downgrade to a lower plan and click Get Started
Upgrade back to your original plan without selecting the extent quota option
Example: Have Premium with 500 extent glossary rules? Downgrade to Growth, then upgrade back to Premium without the extra quota.

Good news: You won't be charged twice during this process - no extra fees for the temporary downgrade or when upgrading back.
