FAQ: How to remove Transcy's currency code

Due to the store's configuration being incompatible with the Transcy app, the Transcy currency code may not work or cause errors.

Solution:
To resolve this issue, you can try removing the Transcy currency code from your store's settings. Please follow my steps below:

Access Shopify Currency Settings

Go to Settings on Shopify → General → Store defaults → Select "Change currency formatting"

Click on HTML with currency and HTML without currency

Remove the span class like this <span class="transcy-currency"> and </span>
