FAQ: Why are my content not updated translated?

This is a desynchrony content issue


When you update content in your default language, the translated versions don't automatically update. You need to manually re-translate the changed content.


How to fix desynchrony content:


Method 1: Search specific content

  1. Go to Manage Translation
  2. Use the Search bar to find the outdated content
  3. Click translate to update


Method 2: Sort by Outdated status

  1. Go to Manage Translation
  2. Sort by " Outdated " status
  3. Re-translate all outdated items


When does this happen?


Desynchrony occurs when you:

  • Change product descriptions
  • Modify any default language content
  • Add new content to existing products


Prevention tip


After making changes to your default content, always check Manage Translation for outdated items and re-translate them to keep all language versions synchronized.
