FAQ: Why is my content greyed out in Manage Translation?
Understanding Greyed-Out Content
When content appears greyed out and unclickable in your Manage Translation dashboard, it means Transcy has detected empty or missing content in your original store. Since there's nothing to translate, the system automatically disables these sections to prevent confusion.
Think of it this way: you can't translate an empty page, right? Transcy is simply showing you, "Hey, there's nothing here to work with!"
Quick Solution Steps
To fix greyed-out content:
→ Go back to your original store admin panel
→ Add the missing content (product descriptions, page content, etc.)
→ Return to Transcy's Manage Translation section: "Translation" menu in Transcy → "Translate content" → Navigate to your resources
→ The content will now be active and ready for translation
