FAQ: Why language/currency is not automatically redirected based on location?
Please follow the steps below to check as following:
- Make sure if you enable "Transcy switcher" on "App embeds".
If not, please go "Online Store" → "Themes" → "Customize" → "App Embeds" to enable it
- Make sure you already add the needed language into the corresponding markets. Please go Markets menu → "Markets" → Choose the specific markets → "Add languages"
