Why the currency is not working?

Firstly, please recheck if the currency code is set up correctly on General from Shopify setting

Go to Markets menu -> tap "Currency" to open Currency settings -> the pop-up notification "Currency formatting has been changed" showing -> click on the "three step currency formatting" to set up currency code on Shopify. For more details can be found here


  1. Verify App Embeds are Enabled:

    The most common reason for a non-functioning switcher is that the necessary app embeds are disabled within your Shopify theme settings.
  • Navigate to your Shopify admin panel.


  • Go to "Online Store" > "Themes."

  • Click "Customize" on your active theme.

  • In the theme editor, look for "App embeds" or a similar section (the exact name may vary depending on your theme).

  • Ensure that the Transcy app embed is enabled (the toggle switch should be turned on).

  • Save your changes
