FAQ: Does Transcy support multiple currency on checkout page?

Yes, Transcy supports multiple currencies on the checkout page.


Currency conversion at checkout only works when you're using Shopify Payments - without it, customers will see your store's default currency regardless of their previous browsing experience.


This isn't a limitation of Transcy, but rather how Shopify payment system is designed to ensure secure, compliant transactions across different markets.


Shopify Payments is only available to stores in certain countries. If your store is located in an unsupported country, you'll need to explore alternative payment solutions or accept that checkout will revert to your default currency.

Even with "Show prices to customers in their local currency" enabled, some currencies may not be supported for checkout. In these cases, the system automatically reverts to your default currency. This is a Shopify limitation, not a Transcy issue.
