FAQ: Does Transcy sync the existing translation from another Translation app?
When you have content already translated by Translate & Adapt or another Translation app, those translations will be automatically synced/migrated to Transcy, with one condition: Your translation must stay at Shopify's system. If your translation is not stored in Shopify's system, Transcy can not sync/migrate those translations into Transcy.
To access those translations in Transcy, please go to the "Content translation" tab menu in Transcy→ click on "Edit translation" (pencil icon) on any resources such as Products → filter the translation status "Untranslated" → Click on "..." → Click "Mark as Translated" to update all selected items to avoid re-translating all your work again.
