FAQ: Does Transcy translate cookie banner content?

Yes, Transcy can translate cookie banner content. To do this, you need to enable the 3rd-party app feature so that Transcy can translate that content automatically.

How to enable it:

-> Go to "Market management" menu in Transcy
→ Select "Languages" menu below
→ Find your target language in the list and click the three dots icon (...) on the right.
→ Click turn on "3rd-party app" to turn on automatic translation

Note:
Since cookie banner content comes from a third-party app, it can only be translated using the 3rd-party app feature and cannot be edited directly within Transcy.
