FAQ: Does your app translate Order, Email notifications?

Transcy supports translating order and email notifications that come directly from Shopify. However, notifications from third-party apps aren't supported.


How to Translate Notifications


"Translation" menuNavigate "Notifications" → Click "Edit translation" (a pencil icon) → choose the notification you want to translate

Important Notes:Notifications feature is available for Regional plan and above, and only work with "Editable languages"To modify the original notification content, please contact Shopify support directly - Transcy only handles translations into target languages
