FAQ: Does your app translate Order, Email notifications?

Transcy supports translating order and email notifications that come directly from Shopify. However, notifications from third-party apps aren't supported yet.

How to Translate Notifications

Translation → Select "Notifications" → choose the notification you want to translate

Important Notes:

• Notifications feature is available only for Growth plan users and Editable languages
• To modify the original notification content, please contact Shopify support directly - Transcy only handles translations into target languages
