Need to remove extra extent quota? Here's how to adjust your Transcy plan quickly and easily.

How to Remove Extent Quota

To remove extent quota from your current plan:

Go to "Account & Settings" menu → Change Plan → look below and click "Compare plans" → in pricing page, on the top left corner, click on "Show most suitable plan" and choose "See all plans"
Downgrade to a lower plan and click Get Started
Upgrade back to your original plan without selecting the extent quota option

Example: Have a Cross-border with 1000 extent glossary rules? Downgrade to Continental, then upgrade back to Cross-border without the extra quota.
