FAQ: How to automatically redirected users based on location?
Please follow the steps below to check as following:
- Make sure if you enable "Transcy switcher" on "App embeds".
If not, please go "Online Store" → "Themes" → "Customize" → "App Embeds" to enable it
- Make sure you already add the needed language into the corresponding markets. Please go Markets menu → "Markets" → Choose the specific markets → "Add languages"
- Make sure you already add the needed currency into the corresponding markets. Please go Markets menu → "Markets" → Choose the specific markets → "Add Currencies"
- And make sure you are already turn on "Geolocation" "Auto switch" to automatically redirect users based on location with Transcy, if you are not turn it on yet, kindly follow these steps:
"Switcher" menu in Transcy → "General" → "Geolocation" → Click on "Auto switch" → Toggle on "Auto switch currency" or "Auto switch language" based on your needs → Choose between "Visitor's browser language" or "Visitor's location" → Click "Save" on the top to save your setting
