FAQ: How to Disable Languages Conversion Switcher in Transcy

To hide your Languages Conversion Switcher in Transcy, please follow all these steps below:

To disable the language switcher while keeping other features active:

→ Go to "Switcher settings" in your Transcy app

→ Click "Advance"

→ Scroll down to "Customization"

→ Select "Switcher" and "Selectors"

→ Navigate to "Display"

→ Select "Element to show", choose "Only currency"

After doing all these steps, your Switcher will show only the currency selector.
