FAQ: How to filter products status (active, draft, archived) in Transcy

Q: Can I exclude archived, draft products and translate only active products in Transcy?

A: Yes, absolutely


For archived/draft/inactive products, which means they're invisible on your online store, so their translation won't be shown/ affected on your store page.


Please go "Content translation" menu in Transcy -> "Products" Resource -> Click "Three lines icon" -> Click "Add filter" -> In "Product status" you can easily filter "Active", "Draft", "Archived" products




Please note that as long as your products are still available in the Shopify store, we will sync all product data to our app (Product resource in Manage Content), no matter what their status is (archive product, active, draft, etc). We're aware of this downside and been trying to improve it in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
