FAQ: How to filter products status (active, draft, archived) in Transcy

By default, Transcy syncs all products from your Shopify store - including Active, Draft, and Archived products.


To filter only active products, please go to "Content translation" menu in Transcy -> "Products" Resource -> Click "Three lines icon" -> Click "Add filter" -> In "Product status" you can easily filter "Active", "Draft", "Archived" products




Please note that as long as your products are still available in the Shopify store, we will sync all product data to our app (Product resource in Manage Content), no matter what their status is (archive product, active, draft, etc). We're aware of this downside and been trying to improve it in the near future. Sorry for this inconvenience.
