FAQ: How to Translate Homepage SEO Content

Your homepage title and meta description automatically sync from Shopify settings to Transcy's Preference resource.

Access Homepage SEO Elements

The homepage title and meta description are automatically synced from your Shopify settings and appear in the Preference resource.

Open Transcy → choose "Translation" menu
Navigate to "Translate content" section
Click "Preference resource"

Note: You can only translate SEO content for Editable language

You also need to unblock SEO elements to translateTo unblock SEO elements:→ Go to "Translation rule" menu in Transcy → Navigate "Blocked Elements" → By default, these will be toggled on to blocked → Turn off the toggle.
