Need to uninstall Transcy from your Shopify store? Whether you're pausing your business, switching plans, or taking a break, here's everything you need to know about safely removing the app and what happens to your data.


How to Uninstall Transcy


Follow these simple steps to remove Transcy from your Shopify store:


  1. Go to your Shopify AdminSettingsApps and Sales Channels
  2. Find Transcy in your app list
  3. Click the "Remove" button
  4. Confirm removal when prompted


That's it! Your subscription will automatically cancel once the app is uninstalled.


Important Things to Know


Billing Information:
• Shopify will still charge the current 30 days billing cycle if the charge is already started, even you've already uninstalled the app.


Pausing Your Store:
• If you're pausing your store temporarily, make sure to uninstall Transcy first
• This prevents automatic charging when your store moves to "Pause and Build" plan

Your Data Protection:
Paid plan users: Your data stays safe for 3 months after uninstalling
Free plan users: Your data stays safe for 45 days after uninstalling
• Want to come back? Just reinstall Transcy before the deadline and all your settings will sync back automatically!


Good to Know: Our support team cannot cancel subscriptions for you due to our support policy. You'll need to uninstall through Shopify directly.

Changed your mind or ready to relaunch? You can reinstall Transcy anytime! Just:
• Install the app from the Shopify App Store
• All your previous data and settings will automatically sync back
• Continue where you left off
