FAQ: Why did my translation process get cancelled?
Translation processes can sometimes get interrupted or cancelled unexpectedly, leaving you wondering what went wrong.

1. Check Your Theme
→ Ensure your Shopify theme is compatible with Transcy
→ Check if recent theme updates might have caused conflicts
2. Retry the Translation
→ Go back to "Manage Translation" section
→ Select the specific language that was cancelled
→ Click to reinitiate the translation process
→ Monitor the progress to ensure it completes successfully
3. Sync Your Content
→ Go to your Transcy sync settings
→ Click "Sync Content" to refresh data from your Shopify store
→ Wait for sync to complete before attempting translation again
4. Clear Cache
→ Clear your browser cache and cookies
→ Log out and log back into Transcy
→ Try the translation process again with a fresh session
