FAQ: Why does Third-party element not work and sometimes translation is not correct?

As you know with Third-party element function, you could translate all contents which are built from your Third-party app easily and quickly.

But at the moment, Transcy only work well with some apps such as Stamped, Free Shipping Bar, and some popular Page Builders such as EComposer Landing page.

So some third-party apps that we still do not support for translating content yet, and it might cause some inconveniences for your user experience.

In some cases, you may find that translations in Third-party apps are not correct, as the target language you expected, although your Third-party app is integrated with Transcy.

Please be advised that we use AI Translation System including Google from a Third-party service to translate your store into another language so sometimes quality will not meet customer's expectation due to specific language/context/situation/business industry. However, we guarantee that the system is being upgraded frequently, and the quality keeps improving when time goes.
