FAQ: Why I did not see language on my switcher?

If you can't see the language on the switcher, please follow these steps:


  1. Publish the Language in Transcy


Please go to "Markets" menu →  "Languages" → Toggle to publish the language

  1. Add the language to the Market


Please go to "Markets" menu → "Markets" → Choose Market which you want to check → "Add languages"

  1. Sync Market


If you do all the step above, please press Sync market's data
