FAQ: Why I see this error message "An error has occurred. Contact us for support"
When you action translating inside Transcy, sometimes it will appear this error pop-up: "An error has occurred. Contact us for support". That message usually means your translation task is stuck in the queue or encountered an error.

Don't worry, you can try these steps to make sure everything is right:
- Wait a little bit (around 15-30 minutes), as heavy workloads can delay processing.
- Refresh the app and retry syncing content.
- If it persists, break your translation into smaller batches rather than doing it all at once.
