FAQ: Why my variants is not working or broken format?

We frequently receive questions like 'Why aren't my variants working or displaying in broken format?' or 'Why are my variants/color swatches not working or showing incorrect formatting?'


Please be advised that editing the variants manually may cause their broken format on the store font, because some themes' variants are not supported to display in multiple languages, and it's set to show by default in the default language only.


To resolve it, please remove the manual translation of variants or you can remove each of variant


Please go to "Translation" "Translate content" In "Manage translation" navigate "Products" → Tap "Pencil" → Find "Variant by product" Delete translation

If you have a large number of products and need to delete translations, you can select all or select in bulk to easily delete and save your time.
